
Refund and Returns Policy

At Newpariz, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a watch might not be exactly what you expected. This policy outlines the conditions and process for returns and refunds for purchases made with us.
Eligibility for Return
- Timeframe: You may return most watches purchased from Newpariz within 7 days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any promotional items included. The product should not show signs of wear, scratches, or alteration.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, security, and other considerations, the following items generally cannot be returned:
- Items that are physically damaged due to misuse or accidental damage by the customer.
- Items with missing parts, manuals, or accessories not due to our error.
- Gift cards.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery/purchase.
Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team as soon soon as possible at contact@newpariz.com or call us at +1 2011214758. Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send back your item.
- Packaging: Securely package the item with all original contents. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider).
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or with missing parts not due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us immediately at contact@newpariz.com or +1 2011214758.
Damaged or Defective Products Upon Arrival
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
