1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that shipping to P.O. Boxes may be limited for certain larger watch packages.
2. Shipping Options and Costs
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, as well as the selected shipping speed. You’ll see the exact shipping cost displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.
Common shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping: Our most economical option, with typical delivery times ranging from 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: A faster option, with deliveries usually within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight/Express Shipping: For urgent needs, delivering within 1-2 business days.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak sales periods or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package through the carrier’s website.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the moment your order ships, not from the time you place the order. These are estimates provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances like weather delays, carrier issues, or high seasonal volume can occasionally impact delivery times.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged Upon Arrival: If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage (take photos) before opening and contact our customer support at contact@newpariz.com or +1 2011214758 within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include arranging a replacement or refund.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check around your property, with neighbors, or your building’s management office. If you still can’t locate it, contact the shipping carrier directly. After contacting the carrier, please inform our customer support, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim if necessary.
